- Our Ideology and guiding principles- Participatory approach-SRPEAD believes in participatory approach. All the stakeholders’ participation will be sought while taking any decision at the organisation level and project level.
- Underprivileged oriented-All the work of SPREAD will be oriented towards the underprivileged sections of the society. It will protect the interest of the most marginalized in the society.
- Respect for the people’s knowledge and skill-SPREAD believes in the community’s knowledge and skill. While designing interventions SPREAD takes into account the knowledge and skill of the community.
- Gender equity-SPREAD works to change the unequal position of women to combat all sorts of gender discrimination in the community.
- Transparency -SPREAD ensures transparency in all transactions and strives to institutionalize practices to be accountable to the partner community.
- Equity-SPREAD exercises positive discrimination in favour of the poorest of the poor in its work and allocation of resources.
- Within constitutional framework-SPREAD shall implement its work within the framework of the Indian Constitution.
