Leadership
Mr. Bidyut Mohanty is the secretary and head/founder of SPREAD. He is a post-graduate with an M.Phil in tribal studies and has two decades of experience working in Koraput district on tribal issues. He is directly involved in the programmatic aspects of SPREAD’s work, visiting the field regularly and acting in an advisory capacity for all project work.
